The definition of alignment is “the proper positioning or state of adjustment of parts in relation to each other for proper functioning.”

Stress causes us to adapt our thinking and behaviors in ways which are useful for our immediate survival. But these thoughts and behaviors aren’t rational or healthy long-term .

Alignment comes from an understanding of how your thoughts, feelings and behaviors develop and having the ability, and empowerment to create healthier thoughts to promote flow and ease in your life.    

Sounds lovely, right? But it is hard to get aligned and stay aligned! There’s so much noise in our world telling us how we should act, think, and feel.

At Aligned Minds Counseling and Therapy, your mental health is important to us, and we already know you can create the life you deserve. We are here to help you find the alignment you have been missing.
