About Amanda

Amanda is finishing her Masters of social work with a trauma-informed practice clinical specialization​. She has experience working in social services across multiple populations and areas of focus, but have focused on providing support to individuals experiencing domestic violence.

Outside of work, she loves to cook, craft, and binge watch tv shows!

During her practicum, she has developed a strong focus on anxiety, ADHD, self-esteem, relationship issues, trauma modalities, somatic and emotion-focused work, DBT, CBT, narrative therapy. She believes in holding gentle accountability through atrauma-informed approach, even if the “presenting concerns” are not trauma focused.
