Jasmyn Middleton

Student Practicum

If you find yourself overthinking, feeling overwhelmed, or struggling to manage anxiety, low mood, or focus, you are not alone. Many people are trying to keep up with daily responsibilities while quietly feeling stuck, exhausted, or frustrated with themselves.

Therapy can help you better understand these patterns and build strategies that actually work in your day-to-day life.

About Jasmyn

Jasmyn is a Registered Social Worker with over ten years of experience supporting individuals across the lifespan in community and home care settings. Her background includes working in home care and group home environments, where she developed strong skills in supporting individuals through a wide range of emotional, behavioral, and life challenges.

During her practicum, she has developed a strong focus on Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), with particular interest in supporting clients experiencing anxiety, depression, and ADHD-related concerns.

Her work is centered on helping clients understand patterns, build practical coping strategies, and improve emotional regulation in a structured and approachable way.

How Jasmyn Can Help You

Therapy with Jasmyn is collaborative and practical. Together, you will:

  • understand patterns contributing to anxiety, low mood, or overwhelm

  • learn tools to manage thoughts, emotions, and stress more effectively

  • build consistency with focus, routines, and follow-through

  • improve confidence in relationships and decision-making

Her work is grounded in CBT, helping clients identify unhelpful thinking patterns and shift behaviors in ways that support meaningful change.

Understanding Your Context Matters

Jasmyn takes a culturally responsive approach to therapy, recognizing that experiences of stress, identity, relationships, and expectations are shaped by individual background and life context.

She aims to create a space where therapy feels relevant, respectful, and grounded in your lived experience.
